JAPANESE NUCLEAR DISASTER ASYLUM?

See report below. This highlights the urgent need for reform of the refugee determination system. If people could be accepted as refugees based on mane-made or natural disasters, then millions of people could come to Canada and seek asylum, including victims of all famines, droughts, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc. That was not the intend of the UN Convention on the Status of Refugees, nor of its adoption in Canadian immigration law.
